Teaching Creative Writing
The Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching is aimed at writers who teach, teachers who write, and those interested in applying creative writing (or its theory) within different settings such as schools, local communities, prisons, hospitals and libraries.
The programme is run by the University of Cambridge Professional and Continuing Education (PACE) and based at Madingley Hall. You will study three modules, each focusing on a different area of teaching creative writing.
The cohort is usually made up of writers and teachers from around the world. Alumni have gone on to become a Writer in Residence at a library and to offer creative writing classes in a variety of places.
